REFUND POLICY

A skin you buy is delivered to your Steam account by trade offer and is treated as delivered once the trade offer has been sent to your trade link and is available for acceptance. We will provide a replacement or a refund where you were charged but no trade offer was sent, where the same order was charged more than once, where a payment that failed on our side was nevertheless taken, or where the skin as supplied is faulty or materially not as described. If you have bought a skin but the trade offer has not yet been sent or accepted, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase; once the trade offer has been accepted and the skin is in your inventory, or where delivery failed because of trade-link details you provided or a Steam restriction outside our control, a refund is not available except where the law requires otherwise or the skin is faulty or not as described.

A sale of a skin to us completes when we have received and verified the skin and it becomes our property; at that point the agreed amount, less the 5% commission, becomes payable to you. Before completion you may withdraw a pending sale offer; after completion, a sale is final and the skin belongs to us, except that we may reverse a completed sale where it is later found to involve a skin you were not entitled to sell, an item obtained unlawfully, or fraud, in which case we may recover any amount paid. If we decline a sale or cannot verify a skin, the skin is returned to your Steam inventory and no payment is due. We do not charge the commission on a sale that does not complete.

If an amount due for a completed sale is not paid, is paid in the wrong amount, or is paid more than once, contact us and we will check the payout records and correct a genuine error — paying any shortfall due to you, or recovering any overpayment — within a reasonable period of confirming it. Please do not resubmit a sale while a payout issue is being checked.

Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account, with the order or sale reference, the date, the amount and currency, and a description of the problem. We aim to acknowledge within two business days and to decide, or give a substantive update, within five business days of receiving what we need; we may ask for proportionate evidence but never your password, full card number or security code. A valid cancellation refund on a purchase is paid without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 calendar days after you tell us; other approved refunds and payout corrections are made within the applicable legal deadline or, where none applies, within 14 calendar days of confirming your entitlement. Refunds on purchases go to the original payment method in the original currency, and amounts due on sales go to your chosen payout method; we charge no fee, and no amount is paid twice.

Please contact us before raising a chargeback on a purchase, as we can usually resolve matters faster directly; where a chargeback is raised we may suspend the account while we review it and may give the bank or card scheme the records needed to respond, and unfounded chargebacks may lead to account restrictions. Nothing in this Policy excludes rights that cannot lawfully be limited; under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content you buy must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and where it is not you may have a remedy under that Act in addition to the grounds set out here.
