TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: 29/10/2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of SkinFlex ("the Website"), at https://skinflex.space/, operated by NEXOR DIGITAL LTD ("we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under number 17334707, with its registered office at 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. "You" means the user signed in to the Website. The Terms apply together with the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy; all four are written in English, which governs their interpretation. By signing in through Steam or using the Website in any way, you accept all four.
Point 1. What the Website does
The Website is a trading service for Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) in-game skins and related digital items. It operates in two directions: you may buy skins from us, and you may sell skins to us for money. In every transaction you deal directly with us as principal — we buy from you and sell to you on our own account. The Website is not a marketplace, exchange or venue that connects you with other users; buyers and sellers do not transact with each other, and no peer-to-peer trading takes place through it.
We are the merchant of record for every purchase you make, and the counterparty for every sale you make to us. We do not process payments on behalf of any third party. All items are digital; no physical goods are supplied. Skins are virtual items that exist within the Steam and CS2 environment operated by Valve Corporation; their availability, tradability and any external value depend on Valve’s rules and are outside our control. We are independent of Valve and Steam and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them, nor do we act on their behalf.
Point 2. Signing in through Steam and your account
The Website uses Steam as its only sign-in method. When you sign in, you are redirected to Steam’s own authentication page; we never receive or store your Steam password or login credentials. Steam provides us, as a third-party source, with a limited set of profile information — your Steam ID, display name, avatar, profile URL and account status — together with the trade link you supply, which we use to identify your account, administer the service and move skins to and from your Steam inventory. Valve processes your Steam data independently under its own privacy terms, which we do not control.
You must be at least 18 years old. By using the Website you confirm: "I confirm that I am at least 18 years old." We may ask you to reconfirm this and may suspend access where age eligibility cannot be established. You must keep your Steam account secure and able to receive and send trade offers, keep your trade link current, and take responsibility for activity in your signed-in session unless the fault is ours. Report suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] without delay. One Steam account may be linked to one Website account only, and you are responsible for checking that buying and selling skins is lawful where you are.
Point 3. Where the Website is not available
The Website is not available to anyone located in, resident in or connecting from Afghanistan, Belarus, the Central African Republic, Cuba, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, the Russian Federation, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela or the British Virgin Islands. We may additionally restrict access where sanctions, legal, regulatory or fraud-prevention considerations require it.
Point 4. Buying skins from us
Skins offered for sale are priced in euro (EUR). The price shown at checkout is the total payable to us; we add no mandatory charge after that figure is shown, and any fee your bank or card issuer applies is outside our control. We accept Visa and Mastercard, and may add other methods; your full card details are entered into and processed only by a third-party payment gateway that complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and are not stored on our systems. A skin shown for sale is an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer, and a contract is formed when we accept your order and deliver the skin to your Steam account. We deliver by sending a Steam trade offer to your trade link; delivery is complete once the trade offer has been sent and is available for acceptance, and we are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by an incorrect or restricted trade link, a Steam ban, hold, privacy setting, inventory limit or cooldown, or Steam Guard, maintenance or other technical conditions imposed by Valve. Your payment statement may show NEXOR DIGITAL LTD and skinflex.space.
Point 5. Selling skins to us
You may offer eligible skins for sale to us from your Steam inventory. When you request a sale, we display an offer price for the skin; that price is our gross valuation for the item. If you accept the offer, you send the skin to us through a Steam trade offer, and once we have received the skin into our inventory and verified it, the sale is complete and we become the owner of the skin.
A commission of 5% of the sale value applies to each skin sold to us. The amount you receive is the offer price for the skin less our 5% commission; the commission is our charge for providing the buy-back service and is shown or made clear before you confirm the sale. You warrant that you are the lawful owner of each skin you sell to us, that it is free of any third-party claim, and that you are entitled to sell it. We may decline to buy any skin at our discretion, including where its origin cannot be established, where it is subject to a Steam restriction, or where fraud or a sanctions or compliance concern arises.
We may withhold completion of a sale, or payment for it, pending verification of your identity, your ownership of the skin or the source of the item, where this is reasonably necessary for fraud prevention or to meet a legal or regulatory obligation. Title to a skin you sell passes to us on completion; if a completed sale is later found to involve a skin you were not entitled to sell, or an item obtained unlawfully, we may reverse the transaction, recover the amount paid and suspend the account, without prejudice to any other remedy.
Point 6. Payments to you for skins you sell
The sum due to you for a completed sale — the offer price less the 5% commission — is paid out to the external payment method you provide for that purpose, in euro. We do not operate a withdrawable cash wallet in excess of what is required to settle amounts due to you for skins sold; amounts due are paid to your chosen payment method rather than held as transferable funds. Payouts are made after the sale is complete and any verification we reasonably require has been passed, and normally within a reasonable period of completion; a payout may take longer where verification is outstanding or where your payment provider requires additional time to show the credit.
We may apply limits, holds or additional checks to payouts where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security or legal compliance, and we may decline or reverse a payout linked to a transaction that is fraudulent, unlawful or in breach of these Terms. You are responsible for any tax that may arise for you on amounts you receive from selling skins, and for declaring it where your local law requires; we do not provide tax advice.
Point 7. Verification, anti-money-laundering and monitoring
Because selling skins to us results in a payment of money to you, we operate a risk-based verification and anti-financial-crime programme over the buy-back and payout side of the service. We may require proof of identity, proof that you control the Steam account and payment method used, and information on the source of a skin, before completing a sale or releasing a payout; we may set thresholds above which enhanced checks apply, and we may decline or pause a transaction where required information is not provided. We may monitor buying, selling and payout activity, and account activity generally, for fraud prevention, sanctions and anti-money-laundering purposes and to meet our legal obligations, and we may report suspicious activity to the competent authorities where the law requires. The payment gateway that processes card payments for purchases also carries out its own payment-security and screening checks under its own procedures.
We may restrict, suspend or close an account, decline or reverse an order, sale or payout, or withhold a payout, where reasonably necessary because of misuse, a security or compliance concern, a legal requirement, a chargeback, or a decision by the payment gateway. Where it is appropriate and lawful, we will tell you and explain briefly.
Point 8. Your cancellation right on purchases
When you buy a skin from us, the skin is digital content delivered immediately to your Steam account. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you would ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase; because the skin is supplied at once, you consent at checkout to immediate supply and acknowledge that this cancellation right ends once delivery begins. This does not affect your rights under the Refund Policy or the Consumer Rights Act 2015. A sale of a skin to us is a sale by you to us and is completed on our acceptance and verification; the buyer’s 14-day cancellation right does not apply to you in that capacity, though your other legal rights are unaffected.
Point 9. Fair use
You must not use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive purpose; sell skins you do not own or are not entitled to sell; use bots, scripts or automated tools, or exploit errors; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Website; submit false refund or chargeback claims; or use the Website in breach of sanctions, export-control or anti-money-laundering law. A breach may lead to suspension, restriction or closure of your account and, in serious cases, to legal action.
Point 10. Account closure, complaints and appeals
You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]; any order, sale or payout already in progress is first completed, reversed or refunded as appropriate before closure. Where we suspend, restrict or close an account we will, where appropriate and lawful, tell you and explain briefly, and if you believe a measure was applied in error you may appeal in writing to [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge complaints and appeals within five business days and to give a substantive response within fourteen business days of receiving the information needed to review them.
Point 11. Intellectual property, liability and governing law
All content of the Website — its software, design, text and branding — belongs to NEXOR DIGITAL LTD or its licensors and may not be copied, adapted or distributed without our written permission. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss arising from third-party platform decisions, Steam trade restrictions, incorrect trade-link details or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If you are a consumer, nothing here affects mandatory rights available under the law of your country of residence. The Terms, and any non-contractual obligations connected with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. We may update the policies from time to time; the version in force is always published on the Website.
